{"id":7995,"date":"2020-01-02T14:17:04","date_gmt":"2020-01-02T14:17:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifeforachild.org\/?p=7995"},"modified":"2022-05-28T08:18:04","modified_gmt":"2022-05-28T08:18:04","slug":"018-kimberly-age-24-bolivia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifeforachild.org\/2020\/01\/02\/018-kimberly-age-24-bolivia\/","title":{"rendered":"018 Kimberly, age 24, Bolivia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>WHAT I FEEL<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes I have fought in my heart<br \/>\ndue to despair<br \/>\nthat afflicts my soul<br \/>\nI have thought of stopping,<br \/>\nI have thought of taking a step back,<br \/>\nI do not want to keep trying<br \/>\nbecause my strength is already weakened.<br \/>\nBut I look around,<br \/>\nmy family, friends, and the beautiful things in life,<br \/>\nI am happy and inside I hear,<br \/>\ndo not give up!<br \/>\nSometimes dreams,<br \/>\nthey can turn into lonely nightmares<br \/>\nthat do not leave you alone.<br \/>\nIt seems that the days are getting shorter,<br \/>\nbut that is a lie.<br \/>\nThe control of your life is in your hands,<br \/>\nit is in your hands to stay alive.<br \/>\nNever let myself fall.<br \/>\nDo not give up.<br \/>\nNever get discouraged.<br \/>\nFeeling unmotivated is taking a step back<br \/>\nWe must have will.<br \/>\nHaving fallen is not a reason to be frustrated.<br \/>\nHaving learned to be strong in any situation,<br \/>\nnot being dead is being successful.<br \/>\nWhen I am filled with joy, I wake up with more strength to fight.<br \/>\nKnowing how to persevere<br \/>\nis the magic that you win out of this life.<br \/>\nEverything happens for a reason<br \/>\nand if we have to live this situation<br \/>\nit is because we are strong.<br \/>\nBecause we carry a burden for life<br \/>\nthat if we see it with optimism<br \/>\nwe will be victorious.<br \/>\nDay after day in life<br \/>\nwe have to start over<br \/>\nforgetting the bad things we did,<br \/>\ndoing what is right,<br \/>\nknowing who we are,<br \/>\nfacing what we carry day after day.<br \/>\nWe will win in this horrible nightmare<br \/>\ncalled diabetes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WHAT I FEEL Sometimes I have fought in my heart due to despair that afflicts my soul I have thought of stopping, [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":8116,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"_uf_show_specific_survey":0,"_uf_disable_surveys":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[12],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7995","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-art2020"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.5 -
